RETURNS POLICY

We've simplified the returns process for you to make sure you are confident in shopping with us, and happy with what you've purchased! Vida Soleil reserves the right to refuse service, credit to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns.Refunds are accepted only if the item(s) were purchased at original retail price. Refunds will only be accepted if your merchandise is returned within 15 day of purchase. *Free return shipping is not included in any order.

HOW TO RETURN

Please first notify us at info@vidasoleil.com that you would like to generate an RMA slip. Once we have acknowledged this, and only after we have changed your account to activate the RMA process you may now;

FOLLOW THIS STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:

  1. Log into your Account page on VidaSoleil.com
  2. On the My Account homepage, click History and details of your orders (or equivalent) to view your orders.
  3. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click details.
  4. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the item you want to return.
  5. In the Quantity box, type how many of the item you want to return.
  6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
  7. Once this has been completed, you must now wait for confirmation for no longer than 24 hours by our Vida Soleil team.
  8. Upon confirmation you may now click on the tab to Make an RMA slip.
  9. PLEASE include the following in your return package: Name…phone number…order number…indicate whether you want a refund or store credit.

RETURNING SWIM APPAREL

  • Returns must be requested through VidaSoleil.com by emailing info@vidasoleil.com and requesting a "RA" (Return Authorization) number. We request RA numbers so we can properly be notified of an expecting return and track its progress back to VidaSoleil.com.
  • To be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached and must be neatly placed in it's original plastic bag for protective purposes. Original plastic bag must not be missing, ripped, or torn.
  • For health purposes, hygienic liners in swimwear MUST be still in tact and no signs of removal upon receipt of returned items.
  • All returned orders who received free shipping for orders over $150 will be charged a $10.95 shipping and handling fee.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds in excess of $250.
  • Vidasoleil will not assume liablity for international orders once the package has left the US postal service.
  • Returns on international orders will be eligible for store credit only.

EXCEPTIONS

Our standard return policy applies for most items and issues. However, please bear in mind the following exceptions:

Sale Items
All sale items purchased are FINAL. No refunds, returns or store credit are allowed on sale items.

Jewelry Items
All jewelry items purchased are FINAL. No refunds, returns or store credit are allowed on jewelry items.

Gifts & Specials
Items purchased as a GIFT or special offer at checkout are eligible for a credit at the special offer price only within 15 days of purchase.
